We know that church is a bit strange. It used to be something people in Australia grew up with, but not anymore. So while we’d always love to have you at Village Church on Sundays, if you’re interested in exploring Christianity a little more but don’t want to commit to that, the first Sunday of every month at, we do a seminar in one of the lecture theatres around the corner from where Village Church meets. It starts at 5pm (same time as Village Church), goes for an hour in a seminar format (lecture / Q&A), is designed at those exploring Christianity so you can interact as much or as little as you want.

The aim of the seminar is to present the argument that there’s a strong case to be made for Jesus and his claims that he was God, and can get us back to God. It covers some philosophical arguments, scientific arguments, historical arguments as well as giving a personal testimony. Any and all are welcome. Just drop us a line below for more details on where it’s held.

Every month we run a three week course that explores the heart of the message about Jesus. It looks at one of Jesus stories, that of the Prodigal Son, to look at why God sent Jesus, what Jesus death achieved, and what his resurrection means for us. It goes from 3:30-4:30 for three Sundays.

If you’re interested, fill in the form below – we’d love to have you join us at it.

The bible is considered by most in the western world as unreliable and contradictory, carrying little more authority than the Lord of the Rings! This is in contrast with the majority of historians who consider it one of the most reliable & extensive historical documents in existence, particularly the accounts of Jesus life.

Every month, this 3-week course will cover how the Bible was put together, how it all fits together, and how it speaks to us today. As with the Christianity Revisited course, it starts on the second Sunday of the month, from 3:30-4:30 for three weeks.

If you’d like to come to any of the courses, just fill in the form below, and we’ll get in contact with you.
