Knowledge isn’t something that’s stagnant. Knowing that a snake can bite you means you don’t go around picking up snakes. You know someone loves you not just by having information about that person but because that person has showed you that they love you. It’s the same with knowing God. This morning in 1 Kings 19-21, we will see that knowing God is not just about learning facts about God about God, it’s also about how we respond to what we know about Him so we can live in relationship with him.
